Delete your ProPhotoz account
You can delete your ProPhotoz account yourself, at any time, from inside the app. This page explains how to do it and what happens to your data.
How to delete your account
- Open the ProPhotoz app, or the web app at app.pro-photoz.com, and sign in.
- Go to Account.
- Choose "Delete account" and confirm.
If you can't access the app
If you can no longer sign in, email us from the email address registered to your ProPhotoz account and ask us to delete it. We will verify the request and delete the account for you.
What happens to your data
Deleting your account permanently removes the following from our systems:
- The ProPhotoz account itself
- Every photo you uploaded
- Every image ProPhotoz generated for you
- All of your profile data
Sign-in is revoked immediately, and stored media is purged shortly after - typically within 24 hours, and no later than 30 days. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What we keep
We keep records of your purchases and transactions, which we are required to retain under accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention law, along with limited account, support, and usage records needed for receipts, support history, and legal compliance - the same retention described in our Privacy Policy. None of these records include your photos, your generated images, or your profile data, which are permanently deleted.
Deleting your account is available to every ProPhotoz user, at any time, and you never have to give a reason.
